		<description>Casey, You didn&#039;t disappoint, you made my day. I&#039;m truly hoping that the majority of refunds are either saved or used to pay down debt. Maybe that will teach the Administration that this isn&#039;t the way to turn things around.

BTW, this doesn&#039;t count on the meme. You still have to write your own post and tag five folks that you know. Why not use it to challenge your flock to use theirs wisely? (Just my 2 cents:)</description>
