My friend told me about a sudden large bonus his employer offered him, and in exchange for the amount he had to sign a bond and stay with them for a long period of time. I admire senior people I have worked in the past who have swallowed their pride and told the team their weakness and inability to accomplish certain tasks especially when they were relied upon for guidance. It takes a certain degree of confidence and humility to raise the white flag and disappoint junior members of the team. The month of October has been very, very tough for me because of a software project deliverable that was presented to two CEOs from the top technology firms in the world. Keep Your Emotions in Check No Matter What

One of the worst things that could happen is when a leader loses his cool when things go wrong. Probably because of pressure, stress or just one of those bad days, a leader show signs of anger especially when in a middle of an argument or due to failure in one of his team members.
