		<description>It&#039;s a known chemical used in the production process.  If someone in the pharma industry didn&#039;t know they were going to need X Kg of a chemical and suddenly had a shortage wouldn&#039;t that be major cause for concern?  The gas/oil industry isn&#039;t any different.  You need X Kg of alkylate to make fuel, so it would be easy to say if I can make X-2 Kg of it today, but I need X+2 Kg of production tomorrow I have a problem.</description>
