We all make mistakes, and leaders aren’t perfect either.  If they were they wouldn’t be human and they wouldn’t be real leaders.

I think the most interesting point is the one where leaders are asked to remember where they came from/

“All leaders have a past.”  Not too many of the leaders I know are willing to embrace all of their working history.  We are all shaped by our experiences, noone is born a leader – so your past is important.  Embrace it as well as your future.
