Mary Jo Manzanares Joins Leadership Turn as Co-Editor

Hello readers!

My name is Mary Jo Manzanares, and I’m pleased to be joining Milo as a co-editor here at Leadership Turn.

I’ve had some leadership opportunities, and challenges, as a result of career choices, as well as when I’ve pursued some personal interests.  Even when I’ve sworn to avoid a leadership position, I somehow seem to step into the role anyway.  I’ve had bumps and bruises along the way, as I’ve learned about what motivates and challenges people, myself included.

Of course, a hallmark of effective leadership is communication.  I’ll need your help with that, so I hope you’ll feel free to leave comments or ask questions as we continue the leadership dialog.

I’m looking forward to sharing with you my ideas, my personal experiences (both successful and disastrous), as well as my thoughts and philosophy on leadership.  It will be a journey for me, and I hope for you as well.
