More from the B5Media Business Channel
March 27, 2007 by admin
I feel so foolish. When I took my tour of the B5Media Business Channel on Friday, I left off five of the blogs from that category. I’ll just chalk it up to being a newbie, apologize profusely to those I neglected to include, and do a tour of their sites today. I hope they will forgive me. :(
The first blog I want to cover is Successful Blogger written by Liz Strauss. I should receive forty lashes with a wet noodle for not having this great blog included on Friday.
I didn’t know about Liz’s site until one day a few months ago when I kept getting backlinks from Successful Blogger and checked it out. I realized then, to my delight, that my writing blog, Freelancing Journey, had been named an Official SOB! Thank you again, Liz.
Successful Blogger is filled with tons of great information for beginning bloggers, and even old pros. And Liz’s personal blog is one I have saved to my favorites to write about a little further down the line. A beautiful, creative, and peaceful place.
My next stop on the B5Media Business Channel tour, round two, is Pimp Your Work written by Tris Hussey. If you need tech information, the latest in computer software, downloads, hardware, upgrades, you name it, Pimp Your Work is the go to guy. Just take a gander at this article, “Ultimate Boot CD Could Save Your Tush in a Pinch.” and tell me I’m wrong.
You could never accuse me of sucking up after learning that one of the blogs I left off of my Friday tour was Shai Coggins blog, Just Make Money Online! Shai is like second in charge at B5Media, I think. And making money online is one of my very favorite subjects. Check out this article Shai wrote titled, “To Adsense or Not to Adsense.” Great stuff, and there’s a whole lot more where that came from.
Next in line is CopyBlogger written by Brian Clark. I have been reading this blog on a regular basis for at least 6 months and had no idea it was a B5Media blog. Brian has the most helpful tips for beginning copywriters and Internet marketeers. I even has his link in the sidebar of my freelancing blog as a helpful site for writers.
I like this that Brian has to say in his “About the Author” section of CopyBlogger.
what’s the secret to online marketing success? In my experience, it’s irresistible content that attracts prospects, begins a relationship, and ultimately closes the deal with persuasive permission marketing. It’s what works for me and countless other successful businesses that make the most of Internet marketing.
Last, but of course not least, (somebody HAS to be last, or this post would never end!) is Franchise Pick written by Sean, who it says is out due to a family emergency. I hope things are ok with you Sean.
Franchise Pick reviews different franchise opportunities to help prospective buyers decide which is just the right one for them.
All done! ( I believe) If I have missed anyone, PLEASE let me know. Have a great Teusday and I’ll see you tomorrow morning, same bat time, same bat B5Media blog!

LOL. Nope. No brown nosing from you. ;-) Thanks for the mention. I look forward to what you’ll make of Leadership Turn. Since this is an original AW blog, it’s one of those blogs that I feel attached to. :-)
Thanks, Shai. I am loving it already. I hope I can do it justice.
Hi Denise!
Welcome to b5 and I do like both of your blogs!
Boy, I feel like Successful-Blog is in some Grand Company. It was almost a win to get into this group!! Thank you for the lovely write up.
Liz
It was my pleasure, Liz. And thanks for the welcome!
