Qualities of Leadership

There are many theories about what qualities are most important in a leader. But think about it personally — not in terms of your own leadership, but in terms of the leaders you admire and would follow. What qualities must that leader have?
!++38++!

i voted for integrity. my hubby, whose job calls for him to be a good leader, has made this his #1 motto. it touches everything else — the way he deals with people, the quality of his work, the decisions he makes, etc.
i think a good leadership person has charismatic personallity, foresightness and can deal with any situation, team, companies, and people with differences way..
they also must have a good personal characteristic such as humors, open-minded, kind, humble and so on..
everybody can also a find good leadership in themselves..how?
when others have a problems..they turn to you..
cause they think you might help him..what magnetize them to you even thought you are not their closed friend..is your charismatic..and love inside you..your are the leader..
emm i guess that a good leader..
I have just discovered your site and your content is compelling.

I’ve agree with all the qualities mentioned above. Another important a leader must have is that he should be a good orator – he should be able to convey his thoughts in the most appropriate words.
