Working (or Leading) from Home

Thanks to the many ways that we can communicate quickly, it’s possible to work from home and even lead from home. Not only do many leaders take the opportunity to work from home part of the workweek, but most leaders check e-mail and do some work in the evenings even after their days in the office. Plus, many leaders these days are working with others who are working from home.
